George, Founder, was licensed in 1990 in California, licensed in Arizona in 1995. With over 30 years of experience in architecture, entitlements, and development, George transitioned these skill sets into acquisition, development, sales and leasing for land, office, industrial and retail projects. George has also worked with private developers, major corporations, public agencies, foreign governments and additional projects throughout the United States and overseas.
He is currently a involved with the National Association of Realtors, Commercial MLS Committee, Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors Member, Board of Directors, and the Arizona Association of Realtors.

Tracy has had a remarkably diverse career, but each career move has led to the next level of expertise, and her career in Real Estate in no exception. Tracy is truly passionate about real estate and has taken the time to further her career, becoming a certified member of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), allowing her a deeper understanding of Real Estate and the agents role in dealing with clients and all parts of the transaction. Tracy also has the ISO 9000 certification, which allows her to understand work procedures that are used by the International Standards Organization and helped her to become proficient in helping Print, Advertising and Marketing companies address common, repetitive, production issues. This understanding allowed her to install new procedures into the workflow to alleviate and minimize these common pitfalls.
When Tracy became a Sales Manager for Marriott and Choice hotels, this type of involvement allowed her to institute new procedures at the hotels and increase sales year after year. The procedures later became best practices, and the Management Company of the hotels in her local market, called upon Tracy to teach all new and current Sales Managers how to use and implement these procedures at each of their hotels in the valley.
Tracy takes being skilled at her craft seriously, and for this reason she is able to provide the knowledge she needs to assess her client's needs. She will make the goals of her client her own, taking a personal stake in the client’s real estate journey to make sure her client is a client for life.

Lisa, Designated Broker, comes to Bliss with over 18 years of working in Real Estate with many array of skills developed over the course of her career. From creating and maintaining immaculate reports, managing agents, and running her own Brokerage, she has the technical and social expertise necessary to provide value to any company. Lisa has been a member of the Executive Women International (EWI) since 2012. EWI is an organization, which brings together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of encouraging community involvement and enhancing personal and professional development. Lisa is currently chairing the ASIST Scholarship Committee, and has served on the Philanthropy Committee in 2012.
