I have been in the real estate industry for 35 years. I have worked most prominently in transaction management, as well as in real estate sales. I am a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. I have worked in many aspects of the real estate sales industry. I have processed literally thousands of real estate transactions in my career.
I have come into many different real estate brokerages, and created never before implemented transaction departments, and successfully sold the service to hundreds of agents. I have assisted in helping brokerages and agents elevate themselves to the next of level of their career by increasing their production, by partnering with them as their TC. I pride myself on being able to literally create and build something from nothing, through my sales ability, extensive real estate knowledge, and vast administrative background.
I have successfully worked in not only transaction management, but also office administration, office management, escrow, business development, recruiting, agent education, new home sales, and resale real estate sales. - Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing for high-volume real estate firm.

My hours are Sunday through Saturday 9AM-9PM. Residential & Commercial Transactions
Listing/FULL TRANSACTION T.C. will process:

- Executed Listing paperwork and create Compliance File
- Entry into MLS I will verify details against ER, etc.
- Send to Seller for accuracy/review before going live and obtain their signatures
- I will help contact the seller for HOA if applicable.
- Letter of Experience/SPDS before going active in MLS.
- I will prepare MLS Sold Change Forms for price reductions/changes as needed.
T.C. will process: Fully signed/executed documents according to broker requirements in compliance software. Send out detailed welcome/intro letters to Escrow Officer/Listing or Cross-Agent/Lender. Start communication process for SPDS, Letter of Experience, confirm all utilities are on & obtain CBS code for inspection with cross agent. I will help arrange the p/u of EM with your direction.
I am open to suggestions and will accommodate when and if I can. I always try to make myself available from morning to evening. I am here to make your job easier and support you in every way I can. My goal is to provide presidential service to our industry, vendors and most importantly your client(s) and make a memorable experience while educating them on what to expect throughout the important process. Being an agent, I fully understand the “Time is of the Essence” but more importantly the necessary procedures for compliance. I love to learn, and no two transactions are ever the same.
